Mark Twain

Portrait bronze bust of Mark Twain by artist Zenos Frudakis. American novelist, humorist, lecturer, entrepreneur, riverboat pilot, and inventor, Samuel L. Clemens was born on November 30, 1835, in Florida, Missouri. He wrote under the pen name Mark Twain and is well known for his classics of American literature, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and its sequel, Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
